so if truth were fixed, if truth were something that is hardened and so permanent;
so if truth were immutable and all there, all the same, all the time; then we'll be able to capture it, to seize it - quite literally, and fix it in a book, outline its characteristics...
and then all you'll have to do is to read the book, to read the text - and dispensing with all other formalities and other requirements - just submit another fixed dissertation on the book that's already fixed, sit for an examination and get a doctorate in truth...we'd have Doctors of Truth...
It'd be that easy...
or we can capture it in a cd, even a movie: TRUTH the movie

all ready...
and in the future we'd be able to plant it as a chip in your brain - fixed, and ready...it'd
be so easy...
